You can order your VIP pass printing through our secure website. If you would prefer to order your laminated passes with a human you can email us your order. We are happy to speak to you over the phone but would ask you email us with the details of your order and questions. (So we can get all the relevant information together)

Here at Laminate Passes we can print any artwork you throw at us. It can be “designed” in Word or Paint and we will do out best to get into a usable format to print your laminated passes. 

To ensure we assist you quickly please remember to include the following information when emailing ask@laminatepasses.com   

• Your name (or what you like to be called)
• The quantity, size and finish of the passes you are looking to get printed
• If you would like a quote for us supplying lanyards
• The date your passes are required for
• The country the passes are to be shipped to
• Invoice and delivery address - plus a contact phone number

We aim to get bespoke quotes and reply to any questions within a few hours. 

• Order online or request your bespoke quote.
• Email or We Transfer your artwork to us. (see our artwork guide here)
• We will check over your artwork and provide you with a PDF proof.
• If you are including names, barcodes or images on your printed passes we will supply proofs for each personalised pass.
• At this stage you will need to make payment for your laminate passes if you have not already done so. We can accept credit cards, PayPal or bank transfers.
• Upon approval of the pass proofs we will put them into production.
• Before shipping the passes they will be checked in our quality control department.

We ship using a UPS next day service in the UK. If you are outside of the UK please allow 2-3 working days.

From approval of your order we are usually ready to ship within 1-2 working days. This means that if you approve your artwork and have made payment on a Monday the passes should arrive with you on the Wednesday.
